Apple released its new update for Safari Technology Preview, the browser still under experiment was first introduced by the tech company in 2016. It was designed to test run the new features that may be added into the stable safari browser in future update release.

However, the latest Safari Technology Preview is currently operating on the new Safari 15 update added to the macOS Monterey, and comes with several Safari 15 features which includes a new added streamlined tab bar that support Tab Grouping to organize tabs, along side an improved feature for Web Extensions on the Safari browser.
In addition, it also has a Live Text feature which allows users to select and interact with text in images on the web, though using this feature will further require the macOS Monterey beta and an M1 Mac.
There’s an added Quick Notes feature for adding links and Safari highlights to mark important information and ideas.
Apples new Safari Technology Preview update is available for both the newest OS version of macOS Big Sur and macOS Monterey, expecting to be released this fall and can be obtained through the Software Update feature in System Preferences to whoever has previously downloaded the browser. users can obtain a complete release notes regarding updates on the Safari Technology Preview website.
The company’s main aim with this development is to obtain feedbacks from developers and users on its browser updates process. Nothing that the Safari Technology Preview can operate side-by-side with the existing Safari browser though designed for developers, it doesn’t require a developer account to be downloaded.
